    Name: Akago Buumu
    Superhero/villain Name: IQ
Alignment: Neither but close to Evil
    Gender Male
    Age: 3 1/2
Powers: Superintelligence- yes, this little baby has the IQ 170 which is close to Albert Einsteins predicted IQ. This allows him to devise multiple, and ingenious devices such as power-dampners. He worked hard on this with a former henchman of his, who took the credit. He also invented his own hover-bouncer, a floating arm chair that is shaped just like an egg, with open glass on the front so Akago can see out of it. It floats via a magnetic repulsing machine at the bottom. Despite these technological advances, he is constantly overlooked for his small stature.
Weakness: His weakness is his villains hubris and having a high sense of justice, for people who defy his rule. Though physically he has the strength of a newborn, another one of his weaknesses.

Appearance Akago doesn’t dress like any baby you would know, he is never not in costume, he wears a dark blue spandex uniform that looks almost like a unitard, with the letters IQ on his stomach. He wears soft blue slippers that serve as shoes, and has a metallic helmet over his head, that drops a visor down from enhanced vision (thermal vision, X-ray vision, and night vision). Besides his outfit, there are many more interesting things about this baby genius. He’s a fat, fleshy little child, not even raising a finger unless it’s commanding his horde of henchmen to do his bidding and create his weapons. He has large blue eyes, and an innocence face that comes in handy when he’s making his disguises. Some say he’s the most dangerous villain in the whole entire world and that he is always in danger of being captured. Which is exactly why he has to change form ever so often and switch countries constantly.
    Spoiler:
    Personality
Akago loves to cause mayhem, who knows why, and who cares. He gets a kick out of hearing people scream, watching them squirm in pain. The demented baby seems to have no morals at all, which is a direct effect of having no one to raise him for his first two years. Akago is not all brutish those, using his intelligence he can be pretty nice, and sophisticated, though he rarely shows that side to people. He thinks of the world as his a game, a game of life and death, that he can control with the right materials. Look at him, he’s only three and a half years old and he has the power to control half a nation if he wanted too. But he tries to cause small acts of evil that have a huge impact on the things around him.

He takes pride in his work and thinks of them as his own little masterpieces, spending equal time with all of them, unlike his parents. If they are destroyed, he won’t let his creations go to waste, he’ll take them back to his lab and rebuild them so that they are better than they were before. For a baby he was a pretty good grasp on almost any topic, physics, politics, astronomy and much more. And knows just where to poke little holes in a government so that they crumble to pieces.

    History
His childhood is all that he has, Akago was born all alone, though his mother was obvious there, she was only a teen. So she dumped him off at an orphanage, to avoid having to raise a child when she was still dealing with puberty. This rejection was the first thing for Akago to experience and molded his evil thoughts. At the orphanage it took only two months for him to start exhibiting strange behavior. Creating skyscrapers out of building blocks, or completing puzzles in under a second. His guardians found this strange and even a bit scarier. This kid was drinking coffee out of a cup while kids twice his age were drinking out of sippy cups. And he was already potty trained! In a year, Akago had the equivalent intelligence of a pre-grad.

Days passed and with each day Akago grew smarter and even more bitter, living with these fools was becoming a drain on his intelligence. He couldn’t even have decent conversation on the economic downfall of the United States, without a kid having to make a bathroom break. He cursed his mother for abandoning him, and cursed his father for abandoning her. And eventually, he saw fit to abandon the orphanage, and so he left. The guardians giving a sigh of relief. They just didn’t know that some people had seen his brilliance being used. And these people… Were the wrong company to have around. These men that abducted him and brought him to the Council of Evil were villains. And they wanted to use his mind to design weaponry for all of their associates. If he didn’t agree… Off with his head. Literally.

So he began designing weaponry for the villains, he began with no enthusiasm for this stuff, and only scribbled down useless ideas. But in a month he found his muse, and began to design the earliest of ray guns, jet boots, power dampeners, and other weaponry that succeeded in most tasks. Though he quickly found out that the villains wanted to replicate his abilities, they tried to incapacitate him but to no avail, he was just too clever for them, and he rocketed away with most of his advanced technology in tow. Who knows where he went? But when he arrived, he set up his own weapon designing company. Called Kagoa Inc. Those fools didn’t even figure out what he was doing until they found their villain technology being used against them. Akago was selling to both sides.

But he didn’t stop there, at the age of three he became a fascinated with the exploits of these heroes and villains, and he wanted in. It could have just been a fantasy, but he wanted in and he knew he could accomplish these tasks. He quickly wiped Kagoa Inc. Off the map, and turned the workers into his own henchman horde, which would do anything for him, with the right monetary value. And so began his rise of evil against the world. What do you think? Would you dare hit a baby?
