Powers:Elli is an extremely skilled archer. Her powers enable her to shoot at a far distance and still hit her target spot on. When she discovered she could use the elements, she formed it so that she could use it on the arrows she fires.
She can mold fire onto the tip when she's about to shoot an arrow.
Air can be used to carry the arrow farther, and faster to her will.
She can form the tips into hard stone points, or steel, for that too comes from the earth.
Elli knows she can put water around the arrows, but she doesn't see how that will benefit her, so she doesn't.
She's also a great climber, she can climb a two-hundred foot tall tree in a matter of two minutes. Speed and agility she claims with her quiver of powers. She loves to run and can keep up with a trotting horse, without losing her breath.
She can also befriend canines, communicate with them. She has a fox companion she calls Airgid, he stays with her and helps her with any problems she might face.
Weakness: Elli lacks strength. She can barely pick up 50 pounds. But what she lacks in strength, she tries her best to make up in her speed and with her bow.
Appearance: Elli stands at 5''8', and average height and she weighs 115 pounds. She has dark brown hair reaches just beyond her shoulders, ending at her shoulder blades. It has a green lightning bold going down the center of her scalp, ending in a neat point at the end of her hair. Her eyes are blue, but when she uses her powers in any way, her eyes change color. Her right eye is gold, and her left a ghost silver. She has a light build, her left arm a bit longer than her left, ideal for holding a bow, and square shoulders.
Airgid is a white fox that aides her in any way he can. He is about the size of a large dog, his head reaching a height of 3 feet. He is almost 4 feet long and his tail another 2. He, like Elli, has blue eyes.
She has a thin leather belt around her waist, it carries her dagger, her sword, and a small canteen for water. She pulls her long hair back under the hood so that it won't give away her identity. She always has her hood up.
Personality: Elli has a fiery personality and has a problem with her short temper. She's been working on it though, Airgid teasing her and she doing her best not to react.
She keeps to herself and doesn't really have friends, she sticks to the woods. She's kind to Airgid and her horse, Fuil, that's all the living things she knows, and the only things she cares for. The only reason she protects people is because she hates seeing cruelty, hates bullies. She doesn't care for her parents and doesn't want to know where they are.
History: Elli was born with her powers, who knows where it came from. She first picked up a bow when she was 4 years old, a small girl living in a country setting. Her grandfather taught her how to shoot and soon she exceeded in skill. He was proud of her, bringing her on every hunting trip he could, teaching her how to survive in the wild when they went camping. Her parents didn't care much for her, or so it seemed, for they had a son and they favored Gentian over her.
One night, while Elli and her grandfather were returning from hunting, and he told her to start a fire, she was having a great difficulty. She refused to ask him for help, because she knew she needed to learn. She rubbed the spike harder on the small stick, surrounded with dried moss and small twigs. Still nothing happened. She did it as fast as she could, now putting all the effort and strength she could into starting this fire. Nothing. She kept at it, heaving heavily now. She let out a quick breath, exhaling on the moss and twigs, a spark flew and a fire started. She jumped back, startled. She kept this to herself and soon she taught herself to easily start a fire without anything but a log and her hands and her breath. Years later, a skilled archer that knew how to fight with a dagger or a sword,knowing how to ride horseback with her great mare, Fuil, the 10 year old girl ran into the woods. She was running from her parents, who had come to take her home because her grandfather had died. She escaped them, making a camp in the woods, hiding Fuil and jumping into trees whenever she heard a voice or a simple twig snap.
One day, the voices stopped coming for her and the woods seemed peacefully quiet. She searched a bit, but found no one but her and the animals she hunted hiding in the trees. She was walking happily back to camp when what seemed a ghost dog jumped out in front of her. She jumped back, landing roughly on the forest ground. The dog was about to sprint away when she realized she didn't want it to go. "Wait!" she called, and to her astonishment, it looked back at her. "You understand me?" she asked, amazed. "Yes." the dog replied. "What are you?" the dog faced her, "I am a woodland fox of course." he answered her coolly. That began their friendship. He helped her learn how to control her other powers, controlling the elements. She learned that she could talk to other foxes, wolves, and dogs alike. She decided to use her powers to help others when she stumbled upon a grown man attacking a small boy with a large stick. She drew her bow and arrow and shot the man in the knee, placing another in his shoulder. The man fell, and the boy ran. She claimed her arrows and wrapped the unconscious man's injuries and left him in a safe spot in a tall tree. He was only about three feet in the air, but he would live. Airgid told her about heroes and how they lived, what they did, and how they kept their identity secret. She made a second hunting robe, dying it green with ferns and leaves she scavenged in the woods. She figured that no one could know who Fuil was, that was when Airgid told her that some people downloaded their powers off some white block thing that sounded familiar to Elli. She sought out travelers, people she found wandering in the woods. The 12 year old girl found another girl, a little younger, perhaps 11, who was willing to help her. The girl pulled out her laptop and made a series of clicks, pushing on the board of buttons, and made concentrating looks. "Bring your horse." she told Elli, Elli led her out. She whispered soothing words into the mare's ears as the girl put something on Fuil. A great flash past onto the screen as the girl pushed a few more buttons. Fuil could feel jolts under her pelt, because Elli could too. Elli shut her eyes and threw her arms around Fuil's neck, keeping her words calm and soothing as she kept whispering to her mare. "Done." the girl's voice sounded and Elli opened her eyes, astonished to see Fuil's coat a scarlet red. "Wow." she gasped. "What did you do?" she asked the girl. "I gave her the power to change her coat color when she needs to. I assume it shouldn't be difficult for you to control her coat color, your close enough to her. But you should probably let me do your wolf friend over there too." the girl pointed out. "He's not a wolf, but yes, if you would." she gave a cold stare at Airgid, and he gave in, stepping forward. The girl took the thing off Fuil and fastened it to Airgid, another flash of the screen as Elli sat by Airgid, stroking his fur and closing her eyes. "He looks great." the girl smiled, Elli opened her eyes to find that her fox friend was blue, an icy blue. "Thank you." Elli held out her dagger, a fine wooden handle carrying steel Elli had fastened from the earth. "I don't use blades, keep it." the girl smiled, picking up her laptop, taking her thing off of Airgid and turned away. "Good luck." she called over her shoulder as she left. When she turned back to Fuil, she was her regular color again. She looked at Airgid and he closed his eyes shut, tensing his muscles and he turned to his normal ghosty silver. "I'll help her learn." Airgid assured, smiling at her.
Eventually, they did, with her and Airgid's help, Fuil learned to control it only when they went into fights, only when when Elli was on her back, holding up her bow or sword. The codeword was really "Fire", so whenever Elli said that, Fuil changed. Soon people began to know the two as Element Archer and Fire. Airgid walked with them, and she told people to call him Ice, because he too needed to be called something. Now when they rode in, she always called "Fire, Ice" and the two would change, keeping all three of their identities hidden from the city.
Now 15, she wanders the woods, keeping close to the edge of the city with Fuil and Airgid, watching for those in trouble to ride in and help.
