Clearin' My Head

Claire sat on the log in the woods just behind her house, once again holding her head as the pain increased. "I don't get it. I just don't get it." she muttered, talking through her teeth. Why am I always getting these pains? They shouldn't be happening, it isn't right. I should have never got those powers. Now I'm stuck with this.

Claire sat up, feeling completely unhurt. A few stinging pains from her abdomen confirmed that she was to have a bruise on her stomach, but nothing more.
Bewildered, the teenager sat upon the log again, her headache blooming. It rippled through her mind like a raindrop falling onto a puddle. She looked up, trying to fight it off.

Meiko stood behind her. and emotionless look o her face. "Boo." She simly said.

Once again, her mind fuzzy from the pain surging through it, Claire became blind in her fear and jumped from her seat. Turning around as she fell in the snow. She looked up at the secret pursuer. "You." she said simply, hoping to god this child wouldn't attack her. She was far too vulnerable in her current condition to do anything to save herself.

"Pathetic, your more worthless than a newborn moose calf." Meiko said wathing as flyer circled above in he sky.

Claire felt her headache boom louder in her ears, but she decided to ignore it. She glared up at the girl above her, "And I can see your so much better than me." she retorted, her eyebrows furrowed.
