A Detour of Accidents

"See?" Cody beamed, feeling smart for the first time today. "I can come up with good ideas. Sometimes."

Mm.. he was getting off track. "Vous savez, vous êtes assez amusant de sorcière avec," Alderic gave a classic Toussaint smile. "Peut-être que nous pourrions traîner une autre fois?" He'd almost forgotten the true purpose of this nighttime foye. He was here for a reason! Otherwise, he wouldn't hang out with her. Well, maybe he would for his own exploits.

Maybe we could hang out another time?

Huh? It didn't seem like she fully got the concept of what he was asking. "Um... Sure. I'd like that," she said with a smile. Then... When she thought about it more, she realized something. Hey, was Toussaint asking her on a date? Cody's cheeks grew warm with a blush as she looked over at him, a little shocked. She'd already accepted. She couldn't back out now.

"Où voulez-vous aller?" The lady should always pick, no matter how lame it was, even if it were shopping or soemthing like that. She would pick a crap place like that, wouldn't she? But then again, she did want to blow up a building. Alderic smirked when he caught her blush. Toussaint will not deny this...

"Um...." Cody trailed off, still blushing, in thought. "How about Hawaii?" she asked, fidgeting uncomfortably. Yeah, she'd always wanted to go to Hawaii. But would he like it? She glanced over at him nervously. Almost shyly. "I-If it's OK with you." Obviously she'd never been asked on a date before.
