Regular Life

Avira danced about her room, her violin creating beautiful notes as she played a fierce, fast, and powerful song she was making up as she went along. She jumped back and forth, each landing providing a fierce chord of notes from her electric instrument.

Nicodemus looked up, at the white ceiling where his sister was causing all sorts of hell upstairs. Her music was beautiful and compelling, but her jumping was distracting. He held his notepad in his hand, his pencil in his other as he continued his drawing of a beautiful Cockatoo sitting with a Raven, the two birds obviously in love. Of course, there wasn't much the two could do about it. He smiled, why did he make such horrible pictures?

Rosuso walked with Hukurou in front of her, she held the wrist of her's. She heard nosie and looked at the direction. "Someone is playing the violen," As she said this Haku landed on Rotuso's shoulder. It was her little raven friend.

Avira kept on going, sweat pouring down her forehead as she pumped her arm even faster and more furious upon the violin, the instrument answering wonderfully as the bow swept along it's strings.

Nick looked up. What was that strange feeling? He could feel it upon his arms, goose bumps. Adjusting his glasses, he stood up and looked out the window. Wow. He would never doubt himself, now. There stood a girl, with a black raven upon her wrist. He looked down at his picture. What a coincidence this girl just happened to have a raven with her. He opened the door and looked at her, wondering what he should do. In the end, he managed to say, "Hello?"

Rotuso felt her blind closed eyes under her bandages want to flicker open.

Hukurou looked up, her long sleeves slipping from her friends grasp. She looked up.

Haku the raven looked at him with his bright red eyes and cawed.

Nicodemus felt his blood run cold, as if it were made of slush puppies. "Can I help you?" he asked, hoping they were normal people. Ha! He couldn't be dumber. They looked like broccoli in the middle of a pea factory.

"You talked to us first," The fiery haired girl said, her long orange red hair flowing sofly as the wind blowed.

Rosuto looked at her friend. "We shouldn't waste time, even when we arn't going anywhere.

Nicodemus swallowed hard, "You seemed lost." he replied softly, hopefully they'd buy it. But really, he was telling the truth.

"We aren't lost, your voice is telling me your lieing." Rosuto said.

The young man looked at them, blinking. "Then what are you doing here?" he asked, sitting down on his front porch. This conversation might become interesting.

"We had to come here for a school trip, we left the group behind they were boreing we can get home on our own," Hukurou replied.

Haku caws at the boy not speaking his human language like he should.

Rosuto petted the head of the bird on her shoulder.

The teenager nodded, "Right. Where are you-" he stopped, looking over at the bird who had called at him. "That's a beautiful raven." he said, suddenly wishing he had his sketchbook and pencil. The two of them would make a wonderful drawing. Or at least, the bird would.

Rosuto looked up at the boy, though she could not se ehim Haku could and he was letting her see what he did. "Thank you."

Slouching just the slightest bit, he looked up at the group. "Where are you from?" he asked, cocking his head slightly to the right.

"Japan,"Hukurou replied. "Why don't you come down here my neck is cramping.

The young man suddenly felt alarmed. Should he go over? What if it was a trap? Could he trust them? "Why don't you come over here then? I have a couch you guys could sit on, and the telli's working too." he suggested, feeling the need to get Avira. What ever happened, she could help.

Rotuso puased she couldn't see. "Ugh sure why not, " She let Rotuso grabbed her wrist if anything happened they could take it.

Nicodemus walked back to the door, holding it open so they could go in before them. Maybe he'd start coffee or something for them. First thing was first, he would go get Avira before anything.

Hukurou walked by the door past it. Rotuso following feelign slightly lost as Haku had been drained of energey and she could no longer know what was around her.

Following the group, Nick climbed the stair as he pointed at a couch. He left his sketchbook there and sprinted up the stair case. He pushed open a wooden door that led to Avira's room and a vast sound of strings blasted through his ears. "Hey!" he called.

Avira, passionately involved within the playing of her violin, felt her eyes fly open as Nicodemus bursted into her room. She rolled her eyes, stopped, and glared at him. "What do you want?"

Nicodemus eyed downstairs, "Visitors. Come on." he said sheepishly, heading back down the stairs.

The young woman couldn't help but follow and freeze in her spot as she saw the two odd looking people. "Hello." she said, surprisingly calm and polite.

Rotuso nodded Haku her raven now asleep in her lap.
Hukurou waved. "Hey."

Nicodemus looked at Avira and exchanged curious glances. The boy ran off to the kitchen to find some beverages to bring out. Some Pepsi should do.

Avira sat down on a stair. "So, what's up?" she asked, wiping a sweaty brow. Playing really got her worked up. She almost laughed out loud thinking about it.

Hukurou shrugged. She didn't really have much to say, she barely knew this girl.

Rosuto remained silent with her oe hand under Karusa's head and one on his back.

Avira bit her lip. Not a great bunch of talkers, that was for sure. Maybe they were just as wary as Nick was. And to think no one could ever beat him. She stifled a shrug. "Name's Avira, I'm in eleventh grade. I go over to Ashdale High, you know, over on the corner of William and Murray. It's hard to miss, the things huge. Looks like a giant prison, on the inside too." she grinned at her own joke. These guys had a sense of humor, everyone did.

Nick was glancing at the four of them, watching from the doorway. He kept a hand on the phone, which was still on the hook, just in case something happened. He wasn't one to take too many chances. Not if he didn't have to.

"Um....no were not form around here, and I don't think we passed any schools," Rosuto siad luaghing nervosly abit and turning her head torwads teh door.

Hukukuru grinned. "She can be reall shy and quret, don't let it get to you," She said.

Nick smiled sheepishly, knowing he was spotted. "Uh... I was meaning to ask what kind of drinks you guys wanted." he said quickly, feeling a bit embarrassed to have been caught so easily.

The young girl shrugged, "Don't worry 'bout it. Nothing gets to me." she grinned even wider. "So where bouts are you guys from? No offense, but you didn't look like you were from round here anyway." Avira let her chin sit on the palm of her hand, which rested on her knee.
